CFAO Healthcare join forces with OPALS Foundation (Organisation PanAfricaine de Lutte pour la Santé) for the joint publication of a White Paper entitled “Securing the medicine distribution network in Africa”.
This book aims to raise awareness of the major role played by official drug distribution circuits on the African continent, by describing their main players and networks.
It highlights the importance of reliable, secure supply, guaranteeing the integrity of pharmaceutical products and ensuring patient health. It also takes stock of the presence and impact of falsified medicines in Africa.

We are licensed to manufacture locally for a number of companies through our subsidiaries Propharmal in Algeria and Maphar in Morocco.
These operations create local jobs and help the regional sharing of expertise gained from leading international pharmaceutical companies.
It also contributes to the construction/consolidation of the industrial network in Africa.
